The 300 Spartans is an account of the 480 B.C. Battle of Thermopylae, wherein the Spartan King Leonidis, performed by Richard Egan, led a remarkably small variety of males to victory over an invading Persian military led by evil King Xerxes that was about 20 instances as giant. This spectacular battle gave the Grecians sufficient time to arrange a pressure to in the end repel the Persians, and thus change the course of Western civilization. The movie was directed by Rudolph Mate and stars Richard Egan and Ralph Richardson.
