Set us free from tiredness, illness, and each bodily burden!
Let our our bodies awaken to vitality and well being!
Let each breath be a reminder of life’s sacred present!
Clear our minds!
Sweep away each thought that doesn’t serve peace!
To see fact past confusion,
To decide on correctly with braveness,
love deeply with out concern and stay absolutely with grace!
Let knowledge, readability, and stillness take root inside us!
Purify our feelings!
Redeem us from all that weighs us down!
Create in us a clear coronary heart
And renew a proper spirit inside us.
Let love, pleasure, energy and holiness rise in our hearts!
